The Australasian Hospitality & Gaming (AHG) Expo 2026 was held at the iconic Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre in March. Moreton Hire QLD team were thrilled to be involved once again as the primary contractor for the major exhibition and helped bring AHG's vision to life.

A coordinated effort between the Moreton Hire New South Wales and Queensland teams saw us proudly partner with the Australian Coal Preparation Society for an exclusive industry event in the Hunter Valley. This marked our first exhibition at Rydges’ impressive events centre, which proved to be an ideal setting for both delegates and exhibitors.

Moreton Hire Sydney Team were pleased to partner with Superyacht Australia for the return of the Australian Superyacht Conference 2026, debuting in Sydney at Jones Bay Superyacht Marina on Tuesday, 24 February.

Moreton Hire were proud to partner with Fiji Tourism on the Fiji Pavilion at AIME 2026 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in February 2026. Designed as a buzzing networking hub, the pavilion brought together curated pods and welcoming spaces that encouraged connection, conversation and attendee engagement.

In 2026, Moreton Hire once again brought its design expertise to the fore by sponsoring and delivering the exhibitions Charge Up Lounge, one of the event’s most frequented feature areas. With more than two decades of involvement at AIME, this year’s installation reaffirmed our ability to create purposeful spaces that balance functionality, design and attendee wellbeing.

Bold Design. A Stand That Stole the Show. AIME - the Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event - returned to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from 9–11 February 2026, bringing together global exhibitors, buyers, and industry leaders for three days of high‑energy networking and innovation.

The AIRR & Tuckers National Member Conference was once again held on the Gold Coast in February 2026, celebrating 20 years of partnership, featuring 371 supplier and around 900 attendees. The Gold Coast Convention Centre was the backdrop that brought together independent resellers, suppliers, and industry partners from across Australia.

Moreton Hire delivered a polished and cohesive exhibition experience as the primary exhibition contractor for the AAA National Conference 2025 at the GCCEC in December 2025. The team supplied all exhibition shell scheme and flooring, impactful entrance features and registration areas for the business event.

The Australasian Land & Groundwater Association (ALGA) hosted its biennial EcoForum at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. The ALGA EcoForum was a major industry conference held in Brisbane from 28–30 October 2025, and Moreton Hire was the exhibition and event builder that helped bring the event to life.

The RMIT Engenius Fair is an annual showcase of innovation where final-year engineering students present their capstone projects to industry, academics, and the public. Held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on 22 October 2025, the event attracted more than 1,500 attendees, including industry leaders and community members.

In October 2025, Moreton Hire partnered with AusBiotech to deliver a world-class exhibition experience at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). Held at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from 14–16 October 2025, Comms Connect Melbourne brought together critical communications professionals from across Australia. Moreton Hire, a long-standing delivery partner for over 13 years, was once again entrusted with the full exhibition build.

From 13 to 15 October 2025, Moreton Hire attended and delivered at their second Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting and Exposition in Washington D.C. Partnering with Defence Australia and Austrade, the team designed and managed a bold showcase for Team Defence Australia - The Australian Pavilion!

Moreton Hire played a pivotal role as the primary exhibition contractor for the 129th LGAQ Annual Conference held at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre from October 20–22, 2025. As the leading contractor, we were responsible for designing, constructing, and managing the entire exhibition space.

At SXSW Sydney, Adobe unveiled a striking brand activation that seamlessly blended innovation, design, and immersive experience. Brought to life by the expert delivery team at Moreton Hire Sydney, the activation was inside their premier KUDO Marquee structure.

Moreton Hire partnered with leading construction technology provider MULTINAIL to deliver a highly specialised event at their Stapylton facility in Queensland. The MULTINAIL Machinery Show 2025 marked the official launch of their new revolutionary system “GlideAway,”.
